Want to host a social event, mixer, party, or reception at the Second Life Community Convention?  Fill out the Social Events & Mixers form so we can help publicize or coordinate your event!

Friday, August 12th, will be a relatively low-key day with open Registration and Sponsor Exihibits setting up at the hotel, but we leave the schedule open for attendees to schedule their own social events, mixers, and birds-of-a-feather meetings.  Plan a get together with your friends or with other convention attendees here!

Please provide the First and Last Real Life name of the Organizer

Ideally this will be the mobile phone number that the Event Organizer will have on site. If you don't have a mobile phone, please provide another number where you can be reached.

Please let us know what time your event will begin in PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME. i.e. 6PM PDT

Will your event be open to all attendees or by invitation only?

Would you like your event listed on the Social Events page of the SLCC website?

How should we list the event organizer's name? If you don't want your event published at all, select the last option.

If you wish to serve food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages at a social event or mixer to be held at the hotel, we will help you coordinate with hotel staff.
